These are the first crucial steps in the change cycle to achieving your goal.  The fact that you are seeking to find a PT or a Life coach means you have broken down some of the hardest barriers through your journey and I am here to help. 

 

I am a Level 3 REPS qualified Personal Trainer, with over 15 years experience in weight training.   I do 1-2-1, groups up to 6 people and chair based exercises for care homes.

 

I specialise in weight loss, toning, strength and conditioning, building muscle and cardiovascular training. 

 

I also provide nutrition and supplement advice.

I am also a Christian life coach for men, with various diplomas in counselling and psychotherapy. ​

 

I can help with mental health, personal challenges and relationships but in a Biblical way.

Care Home Chair Exercises
              Lunge

Lunge

Activates the legs and glutes. Strengthens the core and helps improve balance. Keep your back straight and your front foot flat on the floor, making sure your knee does not go past your toes.

                            Deadlift

Deadlift

Activates the legs, glutes, back and strengthens the core. When lifting the weight, keep your back at 45 degrees and your arms extended. Gently straighten as you come up to a standing position. Reverse the movement by lowering the bar to just below your knees.

                              Squats

Squats

Activates the legs, glutes and strengthens the core. Keep your back at 45 degrees when you bend your legs, making sure your knees do not go past your toes. Keep your feet flat on the floor. As you come up, push with your heels.
